Milk Fat Globule Membrane
Our Vivinal® Milk Fat Globule Membrane (MFGM) is a whey protein concentrate that’s rich in MFGM components, which are obtained during the mild processing of pasteurized cheese whey. Vivinal® MFGM contains bioactive proteins and lipids like IgG and lactoferrin, phospholipids and gangliosides.
